Your data, your request
Data Requests & Deletion
Use these steps to request access, correction, export, disconnection, or deletion of data associated with HandyDesk.

1. Make a request
- Choose the verified route. Existing operators should use Help & Feedback inside HandyDesk. You may also email info@handydesk.app or use the public contact form.
- Identify the request. Tell us whether you want access, correction, export, Google disconnection, deletion of Google-derived records, or closure and deletion of the full HandyDesk account.
- Let us verify authority. We may ask for account or business details needed to protect the data from an unauthorized request. Do not email passwords, OAuth tokens, payment-card data, or unnecessary customer records.
- Review the result. We will confirm the request, explain any information we need, and describe completion or any data that must be retained.
2. Disconnect Google
You may disconnect Google in HandyDesk connection settings when available or revoke HandyDesk through your Google Account connections page. Revocation stops future authorization but does not delete records already saved in HandyDesk.
To remove saved Google-derived records too, submit a data request and specify whether the request covers Gmail-derived records, Calendar-derived records, Google identity data, or the complete HandyDesk account.
3. What deletion means
Approved data is removed from normal production use. Limited copies may remain temporarily in encrypted backups until those backups cycle out. We may retain transaction, consent, audit, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, tax, or legal records when required or reasonably necessary.
Deleting Google OAuth credentials stops future Google access. Deleting an account also covers Google-derived data associated only with that account, subject to the limited retention needs described above and in the Privacy Policy.
4. Requests from an operator's customer
The HandyDesk operator is normally the business that controls its own customer records. If you are that operator's customer, contact the operator first. HandyDesk will reasonably assist the operator with a verified request when appropriate.
